Josh Yep, davidrussell.com is consistently updated with two-year registrations. I’ve contacted the domain owner several times over the past six years and he has always seemed less than interested in selling.
By the way, what’s the story with your .com? I don’t think I ever heard. You just bought it off someone? My buddy Dave Clark did the same recently for his.

I randomly snagged mine from 1and1 a few months back. I never checked to see if/when it had been previously registered and to who, but it was avaiable through 1and1’s basic domain registry service. I was lucky!
