What’s the story here?  Are you testing this for something?

The playback is surprisingly better than most other live webcasts I’ve seen.  What software/hardware are you using?

Stephen We’ll possibly do something with it. It’s an old Canon HV10A hooked to my Mac Pro via firewire. Then straight out using Yahoo! Live. Nothing really significant. I have found that using DV cameras, especially HDV cameras with output set to DV, deliver much nicer web video than less expensive webcams.

Dolan :) Yeah, there are so few people here today that we aren’t even noticing the missing bandwidth. In the Summer, this place routinely vacates as people hit conferences and personal retreats.

Tell Wayne I want a live stream from the Alabama State Bar. Pronto! :) Oh and I need him to seed a few Linux distros on BitTorrent.

Wayne You’d be proud of us. Only the administrators have the right to abuse the network like I do!

You remind me of John Cleese in “The Germans” episode of Fawlty Towers. :)

Spent a few days in Alabama, visiting family and friends, some of whom I hadn't seen in ages. Great time!

@willjohnston Not to mention the spam that is being produced by humans in the hope of that elusive MacBook Pro (ahem... @chrisjarrell.)
